Plastic boxes
Plastic parts are made on the basis of hot pressing of hardened polyester. Their basic features include high mechanic and electric resistance, the plastic is hardly flammable and resistant to mechanical damage even under low temperatures. Ageing tests were used at manufacturer’s premises for testing the service life and quality of plastic boxes and their resistance to climatic influences and UV radiation effects. Thanks to these features, the plastic boxes are suitable mainly for external environment. According to the protocol on tests of fire technical characteristics as issued by the Fire Technical laboratory PAVUS, a.s. Prague, the products are resistant to heat up to 174 °C and they meet the standard ČSN 73 08 62. The walls of distribution boxes are classified for the flammability level „B – hardly flammable“. The short-circuit resistance is verified by obligatory tests. Tests of characteristics and technical parameters of boxes are certified by EZÚ Prague and they satisfy the ČSN EN 60439-5: 97 +A1:99. When testing the products, there were assessed the electric characteristics, including voltage, insulation tests and tests of protective connection. There was also assessed the mechanical strength, resistance to static load, torsion loading, resistance to impact powers and mechanical impacts. The products are resistant to excessive heat, there was also performed the flame propagation test according to IEC 707 and test by dry durable heat with load of 100 °C. A certificate of Compliance has been processed for the products in compliance with § 12 Act No. 22/97 Coll. on technical requirements on products from the point of view of safety of persons, property and environment. The individual parts are not harmful for health, recyclable. The boxes are manufactured in beige colour RAL 7032 and in grey colour RAL 7035. The technology used allows even other colours depending on client’s requirements.

Plastic boxes for public lighting
- they are used in public lighting systems thanks to their universal usability. They are equipped with devices for securing, switching off and regulation and measuring of electric power
Plastic boxes for transformer stations
- they are designed for fitting of transformer pole stations of outdoor cable networks. They are equipped with electric distributors for securing and measuring the electric power and they may be supplied including indirect measuring
Plastic boxes of over-voltage protection
- they are designed for direct protection of family houses, residential and industrial objects from direct consequences of lighting and consequent over-voltage in LV networks
Plastic boxes – construction site and socket types
- they are used for additional electric distribution networks at construction sites and provisory electric distribution networks in LV networks
Combined plastic boxes (electrometer box + gas)
- they are designed to be the common house integrated boxes for direct measuring of electric power and gas consumption with its allowable regulation
Plastic boxes – main gas closure
- they are used for termination of medium-pressure house gas connection with possible installation of house regulator, main gas closure and gas meter
